Hell’s Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

The Hell Partners Affiliate Program is owned and operated by TechOptions Group B.V., herein referred to as “the company.”

By joining this affiliate program and using the company’s marketing tools, you confirm your agreement to specific terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to add or update these terms whenever it deems them important. Continued participation in the program implies that you accept these changes.

Don’t let this spook you, though. These are standard in the industry, and protect you and the brands you’re working with.

Key Definitions

Here are some important terms and phrases you will encounter in the terms and conditions agreement:

• Affiliate: The individual or entity promoting the company’s website.
• Affiliate Account: Your registered and approved account with the company.
• Commission: What you’ll earn based on net gaming revenue, a CPA structure, or hybrid model.
• Affiliate Link: The tracking link, unique to your account, which will be used for referrals.
• New Customers: Players who, after meeting the minimum requirements, use your referral link to sign up and deposit for the first time.

Hell Partners Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you will have certain responsibilities to Hell Partners:

• Registration: You must submit accurate application details to the program. The company reserves the right to approve the application.
• Account Security: Affiliates must keep their login details safe. You will be responsible for any misuse of your account.
• Promotion: You must actively participate in the program. You can’t sell or transfer your accounts.
• Website Compliance: You must follow legal and ethical guidelines.
• Valid Traffic: Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, and deceptive marketing are banned.
• Advertising Standards: Promotions on illegal or offensive sites are not allowed.
• Affiliate Links: Must be displayed clearly and used as per company policies.
• Marketing Restrictions: Prior approval will be required for email and SMS campaigns. All campaigns must comply with GDPR.
• Intellectual Property: Use of company trademarks requires written permission. Trademark bidding is forbidden.
• Responsible Gaming: Affiliates must support responsible gambling and avoid marketing to minors.
• Data Protection: Compliance with GDPR and cookie policies is mandatory.
• Monitoring: Affiliates have to pay for all the marketing costs and must adhere to Company tracking requirements.
• Commission Recovery: Any wrongly paid commissions must be returned.

Affiliate’s Linking Rights

Affiliates can direct traffic to the company’s website and earn commissions as per the agreed structure. You’ll receive a non-transferable license to use company branding for promotional purposes. You won’t have access to players’ data.

Company Responsibilities

The company will be responsible for providing all promotional materials, tracking referral links, and processing commission payments. For compliance purposes, they may request personal and financial data.

Company Rights & Remedies

If an affiliate violates any of the terms of this agreement, the company may:

• Suspend or terminate your account.
• Withhold commissions.
• Retain funds if not withdrawn within three months of termination.

Hell Partners Commission & Payments

• Calculation: Commissions will be calculated on net gaming revenue or CPA. Players who engage in fraud, bonus abuse, or self-exclusion will be disqualified.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly, by the 20th of each month, with a minimum payout of €100. Verification will be mandatory.
• Disputes: Issues must be raised within 14 days. The company may adjust commissions for errors or policy updates.
• High-Roller Policy: Negative balances from high-rollers will be carried forward but will not impact other customers.

Confidentiality

Affiliates must not disclose confidential information. Any press releases regarding participation in the program will require prior approval.

Agreement Duration & Termination

• Term: This agreement will remain in effect until either party provides written notice.
• Termination: The Company can terminate the agreement immediately in case of a breach.
• Post-Termination: Affiliates must remove Company materials and forfeit pending commissions.

Other Terms

• Disclaimer: The company does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Liability: Affiliates are responsible for damages due to misconduct or misuse of their accounts.
• Legal Considerations: This agreement is non-transferable. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
• Force Majeure: The company is not liable for disruptions due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters and strikes.
• Policy Updates: The company may change terms anytime, and continued participation means acceptance.
